Being jealous about things or stuff that others have is somewhat normal for everyone. From time to time, we are tempted (by the Devil) with what others have and we don't. There are people who live on the beach side and in the mornings they experience the breathtaking scenery of dolphins or whales playing in the waters right in front of their home. They might even tell you about the experience, little do they know that this is a big desire of yours to see in real life. You get jealous but then ...
Then you should take that feeling of jealousy and push it aside because what you have is a blessing from God. You are able to hear what this person is telling you, thus you are blessed with hearing. You're also able to see the joy on their face, which means that you have sight. And even though you might not have the beautiful sight of a whale or dolphin playing in the waters, you have a place to stay tonight which protects you from the elements of nature, even if it is just your car.
We have a lot to be thankful for and we should not forget how the Devil tempts us but how God blesses us.
